We all get uninspired and unmotivated once in a while. It happens to the best of us. Below are 3 steps to help get your creative juices flowing again.

Change it up a little.
Routines tend to remove all forms of creativity from our lives, making them a bit boring. Don’t be afraid to switch up your room or your workspace. Adding some new throw pillows or some fun seasonal candles can really add to the creative energy flow in your environment. Switch up where you go to lunch. Try something new, and take a dance or yoga class. Instead of staying home and watching Netflix, try going out to the movies. Changing up our environment can really change the energy around us.
2. Take a break.
Stop what you are doing and take a break. Go out for a walk. Get some exercise. Do something to take your mind off of the task at hand and take a moment to just breathe.
3. Pray or meditate.
Believing in something greater than you is always helpful. Having faith in something higher gives you the opportunity to stress out a little less, giving you a form of comfort that no one can take away from you. Also, it doesn’t have to be religious. It can be anything that makes you feel peaceful and inspired.
